Bioinformatics Course: 6th Edition at TIB PAN Doctoral School
We announce the 6th edition of our Bioinformatics course within the TIB PAN Doctoral School.
This year, we continue to explore essential algorithms and data structures for molecular biology. Designed to bridge the gap between computer science and biology, the course is suited for
students without a biological background. We provide a comprehensive introduction to molecular biology from scratch, with a special focus on epigenetic mechanisms of gene expression.
Participants will master advanced computational methods while gaining a deep understanding of the biological layers that regulate life at the molecular level.
EDUGEN 7th Edition: Epigenomics and Clinical Data Science
We are pleased to announce our epigenomics course within the 7th edition of Omics Data Science program at ICM UW.
This year, we continue to bridge the gap between molecular theory and advanced bioinformatics within epigenomics. We are conducting a part concerning (i) epigenetic mechanisms of gene expression, (ii) hands-on analysis of
complex molecular datasets, specifically focused on glioma, (iii) advanced feature selection: identification of key biological markers using the MCFS-ID (Monte Carlo Feature Selection and Interdependency Discovery) algorithm,
(iv) development of a solid statistical framework for interpreting high-dimensional biological data.
Kurs R
The R course (in Polish) is the course for all that want to build their skills and advance their career in R programming language and data analysis.
